Instructions

Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray add in the rice, butter, broth, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken, lime juice,and seasonings. Stir well.
Step 2
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Once the rice is tender remove the foil stir and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings.
