Ingredients
4 servings

250 gmsCauliflower
cut into big florets & fried

250 gmsBaby Potatoes
fried

2onions
small finely chopped

2Tomatoes
desseded and finely chopped

coriander leaves

1 ½ TbspOil

3green chillies

3cloves of garlic

1 pieceginger

¼ tspgaram masala

1 tspred chilli powder

1 tspCoriander Cumin Seeds Powder

¼ tspturmeric powder

Instructions
Step 1
Grind ginger, garlic and gren chillies together in a grinder to get a coarse grind.
Step 2
In a heated pan add the oil and put cumin seeds to it.
Step 3
Once the cumin seeds starts crackling. add the ginger garlic & chillies paste and saute it for a minute.
Step 4
Add onions to it till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and mix well.
Step 6
Add turmeric, coriander-cumin seeds powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, some coriander leaves & salt
Step 7
Mix everything well and cook till the tomatoes are nice & soft.
Step 8
Add Potatoes & stir well
Step 9
Add cauliflower as well and again mix all the ingredients well
Step 10
Add 1/4th cup of water and simmer it for 5 more minutes after adding a pinch of salt more into it and put the lid on the pan.
Step 11
Put some more coriander leaves and mix it well.
Step 12
The dish is ready to be served with some more coriander leaves sprinkled on it
