Ingredients
6 servings

2 tablespoonsolive oil
or as needed

2 poundsplant based ground beef
or other plant base meat

1onion
diced

4cloves garlic
minced

2 ½ tablespoonschili powder

1 teaspooncumin

1green bell pepper
seeded and diced
540mlspicy red pepper cut stewed tomatoes
petite
540mlgarlic & olive oil stewed tomatoes
petite cut
540mlcan of kidney bean
drained and rinsed

156mlcan tomato paste

1 ½ cupbeef broth

1 cupbeer
light

199mlcorn
drained and rinsed

199mlblack beans
drained and rinsed

0.5zucchini
diced
4 shackscrushed red pepper spice
or as you wish

2 shackssriracha

lime
or as you wish
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot add olive oil and your plant base meat, and cook until the "meat" is done.
Step 2
Add onion, garlic and chili power until mixed
Step 3
Now add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes. If chilli isn’t the desired thickness remove the lid and simmer for another 20 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.
