Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix for 30 seconds or until you have a smooth batter.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a small bowl and cook in the microwave at the maximum power for 4 mins.
Step 3
Carefully remove your bread from the bowl and enjoy. Cut your bun in half and use it to make a sandwich! I filled mine with fresh rocket, tomatoes, prosciutto and burrata… mamma mia!
