Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add the pasta. Bring it to a simmer and allow pasta to cook.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, chop the chicken into chunks and cut the onion and tomato into small pieces
Step 3
Add a few sprays of frylite to a pan and place it over a medium/high heat. Add the chicken along with the buffalo seasoning and allow the chicken to cook through.
Step 4
Next add then onions and tomatoes to the pan until soft.
Step 5
Add in the Philadelphia and a drop of the pasta water (start small with 1 tbsp, then add more if needed) until a smooth sauce forms.
Step 6
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the chicken mixture to the pasta. Mix everything until well combined.
