Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3
Shred chicken and toss into bowl.
Step 4
Add sour cream, cream of chicken and poppy seeds to chicken. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread chicken mix into dish.
Step 6
In a small bowl combine crushed ritz and melted butter. Mix well.
Step 7
Spread cracker mixture over casserole.
Step 8
Cook for 25 minutes until top is golden and mixture is bubbling.
