Instructions

Step 1
1. Core the Tomatoes, cut them in quarters and add them to a food processor or blender.
Step 2
2. Peel the Cucumber, remove the seeds, cut in large chunks and add them in with the Tomatoes.
Step 3
3. Chop the Basil and add it with the remaining ingredients to the Tomatoes and Cucumber.
Step 4
3. Blend the mixture until the desired consistency is reached, top with additional Basil or add croutons and serve cold.
