large, chopped
4 ozpart skim mozzarella
cubed
2 ozparmesan cheese shredded
¼ cupextra virgin olive oil
2 Tbspred wine vinegar
2 Tbsplemon juice
honey
Optional, or agave nectar
1 Tbspdried oregano
1clove garlic
