Pork and sauerkraut are teamed in a paprika-spiked tomato sauce. With the addition of sour cream just before serving, it becomes a Hungarian style entree. Serve with a loaf of crusty rye bread and boiled potatoes to round out the menu.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet, add pork loin cubes, onion and paprika.
Step 2
Cook until meat is lightly browned and onions are translucent.
Step 3
Stir in sauerkraut, tomato juice, and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Mix sugar with sour cream and add to kraut mixture. Heat to serving temperature.
