1.5 poundsground turkey breast
1 teaspoonsea salt
divided
¼ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
2mangos
peeled, pitted, and cubed
0.5red onion
finely chopped
1juice of lime
1garlic clove
minced
0.5jalapeño pepper
seeded and finely minced
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley leaves
chopped
1 tablespoondijon mustard
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
3garlic cloves

1 teaspoonkosher salt
½ teaspoonblack pepper

2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Make the patties. In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix everything together. Divide the mixture evenly and form 4 large patties.
Step 2
Cook the patties. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Cook the patties for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3
Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned.
Step 4
While the patties cook, mix together the mango, red onion, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, and remaining ½ teaspoon of sea salt in a small bowl. Spoon the salsa over the turkey patties and serve.
Variation Tips
Step 5
Serve this salsa over grilled halibut. Heat the grill to medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil. Grill 4 (4- to 6-ounce) halibut fillets for about 6 minutes per side. Top with the salsa.
