Add pasta to salted boiling water and cook according to the package instructions then drain and rinse in cold water

Add the pasta to a large salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients I use really large tablespoons of the pesto ( I cooked my chicken breast with Cajun seasoning but you can cook it any way you prefer then cook and dice it ) add a little olive oil season to taste with salt and black pepper then toss together and top with toasted pine nuts
