Instructions

Step 1
medium heat and a touch of oil - cook off until fragment

Step 2
Add chicken stock and chilli flakes and cook for 30 minutes before removing inedible ingredients
Step 3
Add greens / noodles / fish towards end (10 mins ish)
Step 4
Add coriander/ spring onion/ bean sprouts to bowl and serve soup on top
