Boil salted water

Add gnocchi

Cook them until they float, 2 to 3 minutes

Drain, set them aside

Add butter, pinch of salt and pepper, to sautรฉ pan set over medium heat

Once butter melts, reduce heat to medium-low, add garlic, stirring until deep golden brown and slightly crisped.

Reduce heat to low.

Add cooked gnocchi
Step 9
Add Parmesan cheese and chives, and cook until cheese melts
Step 10
Add basil
Step 11
Serve immediately
