Stir-fry Beef

This beef is tenderized via a process called "Velveting", which simultaneously makes it tender and crispy. Serve with a starch such as rice or chow mein. Serve with stir fried vegetables such as: Carrots, Cabbage, Celery, Green beans, Peas, or Broccoli. Garnish with a fresh ingredient like cilantro, green onion, or ginger Add a fried egg. Makes a great fried rice or leftovers can be used in instant ramen.

Heat a frying pan or wok to high heat with enough oil to coat the bottom, until you hear it sizzle when given an ingredient.
