Stir-fry Beef
This beef is tenderized via a process called "Velveting", which simultaneously makes it tender and crispy.
Serve with a starch such as rice or chow mein.
Serve with stir fried vegetables such as: Carrots, Cabbage, Celery, Green beans, Peas, or Broccoli.
Garnish with a fresh ingredient like cilantro, green onion, or ginger
Add a fried egg.
Makes a great fried rice or leftovers can be used in instant ramen.

Step 1
Thinly Slice beef against the grain, lightly coat with baking soda and mix with broth, honey, and vinegar. Stir in cornstarch until broth is absorbed, then pat off excess.











Step 2
Season with soy sauce, salt, plenty of pepper, ginger (but not much), and oil. Allow meat to rest and Marinade.

Step 3
Heat a frying pan or wok to high heat with enough oil to coat the bottom, until you hear it sizzle when given an ingredient.




Step 4
Stir-fry beef until it has browned, add thinly sliced onion and peppers, and minced garlic. Continue cooking until beef is crispy and shiny brown.
