1 packagefrozen hashbrowns
thawed
½ cupbutter
melted
1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup
or mushroom
8 ozsour cream
½ cuponions
chopped
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1 tspsalt
¼ tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Combine all the hashbrown ingredients together in large bowl and place in a 3 quart dish.
Step 3
In a pan on medium heat, saute the cornflakes in the 1/4 cup of butter and sprinkle over the hashbrown mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
