Instructions
Step 1
Whack all ingredients into a jug and combine thoroughly together. (Two eggs to one banana, spices to taste).

Step 2
Put enough olive oil to coat the base of a pan, roughly the same amount you use to fry an egg. You could use butter instead- but it's more likely to burn to the bottom of the pan. Heat to a medium heat level

Step 3
Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the centre of the pan. Should be a maximum of 10cm in diameter as anything too large wont hold together. Wait until the base is browning.
