Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, and butter.
Step 3
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
Step 7
To make mini muffins, bake 13 minutes at 330F. Makkes 50-55 minis.
