Welcome back to the profile! Today, I'm thrilled to share a recipe that's become a staple in my kitchen: homemade granola. It's unbelievably easy to make, with no unnecessary ingredients, and the taste beats anything you'll find in stores. Trust me, once you try this, you'll never go back. This recipe is bulletproof, and I've tailored it to perfection with some tips I picked up from the Love & Lemons blog. I've also added my own twists to suit my taste, and I can't wait to share them with you. Let's dive in!

Instructions
Step 1
Follow my YouTube for video for visual instructions!
Step 2
Preheat the oven at 300 F
Step 3
Combine your dry ingredients first except the cranberries. In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, salt, and coconut. Stir well.
Step 4
Add the almond butter and oil and mix, lastly, add the maple syrup and mix well.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet. I used 8 in x 9 in. Please don't miss this step, we want the almond butter and the maple syrup to stick to our oats not to our baking sheet.
Step 6
Scoop the mix in the center of the sheet and press down spreading the granola in the sheet but keeping a thick layer of it. We want to press down with our hands to create delicious clumpiness.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes, using a fork gently spread the granola in the entire sheet and bake for another 15 min until golden.
Step 8
Enjoy!
Step 9
Store in a seal container to ensure crispiness.
Step 10
Enjoy your homemade granola
