Step 1
1. Prepare the sous vide machine, insert it into a pot filled with water and raise the temperature of the water to 129F.
2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Transfer the steak to the freezer bag with a zipper and pour over the marinade; massage gently. 3. Once the water bath is ready, vacuum and seal the bag, and completely submerge into water, cook for 2 hours.
4. Once done, remove the bag from the water, take the steak out and pat dry using a paper towel. Season again with pepper and salt. 5. Pour oil into a skillet over high heat. Once the oil is hot, sear each side of the steak for 1 or 2 minutes. 6. Once done, remove from skillet and serve with sesame seeds and green onions on top.
