Step 1
To make masala raost jeera in High flame till dark brown. Reduce flame add पेपर cloves cinnamon. Light roast. Cool and and grind with kala namak.
Step 2
Grind all ingredients in jar and add water. Use पानी पूरी masala if not using the syrup 1 powder
