Instructions

Step 1
Boil soya chunks 3 to 5 mintues. Rinse twice. Squeese off the excess water and keep it aside Oil in the pan add cumin and curry leaves add hing,green chillies, onion - trun translucent add gingergarlic paste - Smell goed away add tomato, salt- mushy add red chilli and garam masala powder - mix and fry add soaked soya chunks and mix well cover the a lid and cook on LOW heat for 3 to 5 minutes with burning garnish and enjoy
