Step 1
Slice ciabatta bread then add to a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on both sides . Toast in a 200 c fan setting oven until

Step 2
Slice the mushrooms then add to a dry pan . Cook the mushrooms about 8 minutes or until the water from the mushrooms evaporates then add a drizzle of olive oil with 4 cloves of garlic and shallots and fry three more minutes
Step 3
Take the mushrooms off of the pan add salt and pepper to taste with the parsley then mix
Step 4
Rub the remaining garlic on both sides of the crispy bread then top with the mushrooms some Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil
