Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Step 2
Stir together all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Form into evenly sized balls.

Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Step 4
For the sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and add garlic until it's aromatic. Add the cream and cheese, simmer until thickened, then fold in the spinach until it wilts.
Step 5
To serve: Nestle meatballs atop pasta and lavish with Alfredo sauce.
