Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste to it and cook for 1 min.
Step 2
Now add sabut garam masalay and cook for 30 sec.
Step 3
Add spice and cook them for a min.
Step 4
Whisk dahi, add basin to it and a glass of water. Now blend it.
Step 5
From the pan, take out access oil go be used later for tarka and add this blended mixture while constantly stirring it.
Step 6
Now add remaining water to it and keep stirring until it starts to boil.
Step 7
Once it's boiling, lower the flame but it should be on the stove for curry to get thicker.
Step 8
Meanwhile it's time to make pakoras.
Step 9
Once the curry is thick as per your liking add pakoras and serve.
