Ingredients

Bean mix
2 tspgarlic
1onion
diced
2 tspchilli
1can black beans
1 canmixed beans
1can crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsptomato paste
Taco seasoning
or spice mix with cumin, paprika
1 canrefried beans
Optional, Not vegetarian

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C or 360 F.
Step 2
Fry the garlic, onion, and chilli in oil until soft.
Step 3
Add the rest of the bean mix ingredients. If vegetarian, don’t add refried beans. Simmer until cooked and thick.
Step 4
Spread tortilla chips out on a tray. Add the bean mix on top. Cover with grated cheese.
Step 5
Cook in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Serve with toppings.
