Smoked Chicken Sausage and Rice

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
To your baking dish, add rice, broth and seasoning. Mix.
Step 3
Add in tomatoes, spinach and rotel. Smooth over the top but do not mix. You want to make sure the rice stays covered by the liquid.
Step 4
Top with a block of cream cheese and sliced smoked chicken sausage. I sear my sausage beforehand but that is optional
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Step 6
Stir and bake for 10 more minutes
Step 7
Mix again before serving
