Step 1
In a pot, add 2 cups of beef broth, tomato paste, doubanjiang, soy sauce, 5 spice powder, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add a handful of wheat noodles into the pot and once it's almost cooked, add in some bok choy and sliced beef.
Step 3
Turn the heat off, season with a splash of black vinegar and add some chopped pickled mustard greens
