Stir-fried Beef with Broccoli

1. Place the broccoli in a medium bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover the bowl and leave for 5 minutes 2. Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and chilli together in a bowl. 3. Place the oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan over a high heat. When it is smoking hot, add the steak and stir-fry for 1%/2 minutes. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. 4. Drain the broccoli and add it to the wok with a splash of water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute 5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cooked steak.
