Sausage, Egg, Hashbrown Casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Whisk 6 eggs, salt, pepper, and 2 cups milk together

Step 3

Add hashbrowns to 9x13 pan until roughly 1/2 inch deep

Step 4

Evenly distribute sausage on top of hashbrowns

Step 5

Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over sausage and hashbrowns

Step 6

Pour egg mixture over top

Step 7

Cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes

Step 8

Remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes of until golden brown
