Instructions
Step 1
In a frying pan, brown the turkey then drain off excess liquid. while liquid is draining, saute the mushrooms and onions, then add the meat back in with 1/2 the sauce. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8x10 baking dish with nonstick spray. Put about 3/4 cup sauce, tgen 3 noodles, meat mixture, 1/3 of the cottage cheese, 4oz of parmesan cheese. Then repeat ending with a layer of noodles, sauce, and parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Covervwith foil, bake for 45 minutes. Then remove tge foil and bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is melty and browned.
