Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Quarter strawberries and mix with white sugar. Set in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
Mix Better Crocker Bisquick baking mix with melted butter, a splash of vanilla, and milk in a bowl. Mix well and pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle sugar on top and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Step 5
Let cool before serving each piece in a bowl topped with strawberries and half and half to preference.
