Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F/230 C Wash & Dry Fresh Produce Drain & Rinse Chickpeas (if canned) In a large bowl combine SPINACH, TOMATOES, CHICKPEAS, TOMATO SAUCE, ROMESCO SAUCE, PEPPERS, half the ZA’ATAR, and as much of the red pepper flakes as you like.
Step 2
Carefully crack eggs into tray of the prepared base Tightly cover with foil and bake 18-20 min, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired degree of doneness Remove from oven
Step 3
Serve with warmed bread of choice Top with both cheeses
