Step 1
Preheat oven to 450

Place tortillas on rimmed baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip and bake for 3-5 minutes, until browned and crisp.

In a large bowl, stir together the cooked beef, salsa, lime juice, cumin, and salt.

Spread refried beans evenly over each tostada, then top with beef and shredded cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Garnish with diced tomato, shredded lettuce, avocado, and cilantro, and serve.
