Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375

Cook your Italian sausage in a skillet over medium high heat

Grease a 9x12 baking dish
Step 4
Rinse your quinoa until the water runs clear
Step 5
To your baking dish, add your rinsed quinoa, broth, seasoning, pizza sauce, diced peppers and ground Italian sausage
Step 6
Top with cheese and pepperoni to taste
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Step 8
Remove the foil
Step 9
Continue baking for 30 more minutes
