Instructions
Step 1
Wash the tomato , remove the skin and the seeds and then put it in a multi mixer.
Step 2
Add the pureed tomato to a pot, put the pot in medium to low heat them cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add to the tomato puree some chopped basil , a pinch of salt and pepper . Stir well and apply the mix to the tortilla.
Step 4
Add some more basil leaves , the mozzarella and put the tortilla in the oven for about 5 minutes
Step 5
(Optional) put some rocket leaves above the pizza.
