Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop garlic.

Step 2
Chop onion, carrot and water chestnuts (drained) into small cubes, all the same size.



Step 3
Heat oil in fry pan. On medium heat cook onion and garlic.


Step 4
Once soft, add carrots and water chestnuts. Fry for 5 mins.


Step 5
Add mince and using a spatula break it up in to small pieces

Step 6
Once pork mince is cooked, add sauce sachet and 2 tablespoons water. Mix well so all is combined.

Season with salt. Cook on low heat for a further 2 mins.

Step 8
Meanwhile, boil kettle and cook rice noodles as per packet instructions

Step 9
Wash and slice lettuce leaves

Step 10
Make bowl and Serve
