Step 1
1. Take the tail off the shrimp and chop into bite size pieces.

2. Chop all the vegetables into small bite size pieces.

3. Put the chopped shrimp and vegetables in a bowl, squeeze in the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and enjoy!
