Step 1
Marinade the chicken

Add Oil, heat up, add chicken and let it heat up

Low flame 15 to 20 mins

Step 4
Wash Rice and keep submerged for 30 mins

Step 5
Add water till half level. Add 2 Tbsp oil and garam masala. Let it boil. Add rice. Remove rice after 80% cooked. Remove and rinse.




Step 6
Pour rice over the chicken, some oil and birista.
