500gbreast chicken
cubed
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspginger paste
1 Tbspgarlic paste
salt
½ tspblack pepper
1 tspsalt
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcorriander powder
½ tspturmeric
½ tspchilli powder
½ tspred chilli flakes
1 tsppaprika powder
½ tspgaram masala
1 tspfenugreek leaves
½ tspperi peri powder

1 Tbspolive oil
3 Tbspyoghurt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 500g chicken cubes with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, olive oil and pinch of salt and refrigerate for 15mins.
Step 2
Mix 3 tbsp yoghurt with the remaining spices and add to the chicken. Let it marinate for another half hour (minimum). The longer you marinate for, the better the flavour
Step 3
Add red onions and bell peppers when cooking (optional).
Step 4
Place in the oven at 200 °C for 20mins, turning half way and then in grill for further 5mins.
