Ingredients

2chicken breast
diced
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspgarlic granules
1 tspparsely
1 tsponion granules
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1red pepper
cut into chunks
70ghalloumi
20gsweet chilli sauce
for the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, parsley, onion granules, salt and pepper
Step 2
Thread the pepper, chicken and halloumi on to the skewers. If using wooden skewers soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking
Step 3
Brush over the sweet chilli sauce before air frying for 16 minutes on 185 degrees.
Step 4
Whilst the chicken is cooking, make the sauce with the ingredients listed
Step 5
Once the skewers are cooked, drizzle over the sauce
