Step 1
boil the water and pour it over the chia seeds mixed with the stevia
Step 2
cut the apple in small dices, add cinnamon, and heat in the microwave until the apple is tender and cooked through
Step 3
when everything is cooled off, add half of the apple, then half of the chia pudding, then half of the greek yoghurt, and then repeat again.
