Blackstone Fajitas

These fajitas are so moist and flavorful they can compete with your local Mexican restaurant. If you don’t have a Blackstone don’t worry! You can definitely do this on your stove top too! Either way, they don’t disappoint!

Instructions

Step 1
First, rub your chicken down on both sides with olive oil and all seasonings listed
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper and onion in slices and set aside
Step 3
Over medium-high, add a little oil and when the oil is hot cook your chicken for 2-3 on each side (only flip twice)
Step 4
Over medium-low heat, cook your peppers and onion (If you are using the Blackstone this can be done at the same time as the chicken. If you are using the stove top, use a separate pan)
Step 5
Once chicken is done, chop into bite size pieces (If you’re using the Blackstone, you can use a bench scraper to cop directly on the Blackstone.)

Toast some tortillas (optional) and serve!
