Blackstone Fajitas
These fajitas are so moist and flavorful they can compete with your local Mexican restaurant. If you don’t have a Blackstone don’t worry! You can definitely do this on your stove top too! Either way, they don’t disappoint!

Ingredients
4 servings
1 lbChicken
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspcumin
1 ½ tspsalt
2 tsppaprika
1 tspchili powder
¼ tspcayenne pepper
½ tsporegano
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 packetSazón
optional but can be found in the International section of your local grocery store
2bell peppers
color of your choice
1white onion
1 cupcheese
tortillas
optional
Instructions
Step 1
First, rub your chicken down on both sides with olive oil and all seasonings listed
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper and onion in slices and set aside
Step 3
Over medium-high, add a little oil and when the oil is hot cook your chicken for 2-3 on each side (only flip twice)
Step 4
Over medium-low heat, cook your peppers and onion (If you are using the Blackstone this can be done at the same time as the chicken. If you are using the stove top, use a separate pan)
Step 5
Once chicken is done, chop into bite size pieces (If you’re using the Blackstone, you can use a bench scraper to cop directly on the Blackstone.)
Step 6
Top the bite size with the veggies and cheese then cover to melt the cheese
Step 7
Toast some tortillas (optional) and serve!
