Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery

Heat the butter in a pan and add the mince, and vegetables all at the same time, season with salt and black pepper
Step 3
Once the mince has browned, add the flour, and the stock, season with celery salt and nutmeg to taste
Step 4
Simmer the sauce until desired thickness is achieved
Step 5
Cook the pasta following the instructions on the packet and then strain it. Serve hot. Buon appetito!
