Step 1
Create the batter: 100g flour 30g rice flour 160ml water 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 teaspoon mixed pepper Make sure the batter is thick and runny.

Step 2
Wash and clean the chicken thighs to remove the skin. Use paper towel to remove any access water.



Step 3
Coat the breast in flour, then in the batter, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in ample oil or in an air fryer, spraying the thighs. Rest it on paper towel to get rid of access oil. Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
