Step 1
Add spaghetti to the Centre of a very large wide pan then carefully arrange the onion garlic tomatoes sausage sun-dried tomatoes and half of the basil leaves around it season with a little salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
spaghetti350 grams
cherry tomatoes2 cups
Step 2
Add a good quality vegetable or beef broth then cook on medium high until it comes to a boil
Step 3
Stir occasionally to bring the starches out and make sure everything is cooking evenly then cook until most of the liquid has reduced and add the Parmesan more olive oil and fresh basil. Stir until it is lovely and creamy and serve
