Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook ravioli according to directions and set aside
Step 2
2. In large skillet, cook asparagus 4-5 minutes till tender.crisp.
Step 3
3. Add cherry tomatoes and garlic. Season w/ salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes till tomatoes are tender.
Step 4
4. Put in veggie broth and lemon juice and bring to simmer. Cook two minutes.
Step 5
5. Add cooked ravioli to skillet and gently toss.
Step 6
6. Stir in fresh basil and parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
