Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan mix water, 1/2 tsp salt, and bean sprouts. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat (covered with a lid) for 8-10 min (mung beans only need 2 min).
Step 2
Take off heat and drain water. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
