Cheese Sauce
150gLow Fat Cottage Cheese
200gLight Cream Cheese
30greduced fat cheddar cheese
50mlMilk
Skimmed
1 tspGarlic
75gBuffalo Sauce
Chicken
227 gramsChicken Breast
Cut into Halves
1 tspPaprika
1 tspGarlic Powder
1 tspOnion Powder
1 tspsalt
1 tspPepper
1 tspOlive Oil

Instructions
Step 1
First slice your chicken breast into 2 thinner fillets then season both sides with paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Rub the spices in to evenly coat the chicken.
Step 2
Cook the chicken on medium heat for 4-5 mins each side then remove and shred into pieces using 2 forks.
Step 3
Make the cheese sauce. In a blender cup add cottage cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, milk, garlic and onion powder. Blend for 2 mins till completely smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Get water in a pot, add salt then bring to a boil. Add the uncooked pasta and boil for 8 mins then drain and set aside.
Step 5
Get a pan on low heat, add the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and mix together till well combined. Then add the shred it all together. serve while it's hot and ENJOY!
