2 x 16 ozfarfalle pasta
packages

1.5 sticksunsalted butter

1 lbAndouille sausage
sliced

1 lbSmoked pork Tasso
diced up

2 lbGulf shrimp
peeled and deveined, medium sized

2 Tbspminced garlic

3yellow onions
diced

2red bell peppers
diced

2yellow bell peppers
diced

3 stalkscelery
diced

0.5 gallonheavy cream

1 cupParmesan
to top with

1 TbspCajun seasoning

1 tspsalt

1 tspblack pepper

½ tspcayenne

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in separate pot. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter in a large pot. Add Tasso and andouille and sear it up. Then remove it.
Step 3
Cook all your veggies except garlic down for 30 minutes in the butter and meat drippings.
Step 4
Add garlic and cook 3-5 more minutes.
Step 5
Add all your seasoning, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream.
Step 6
When the cheese is melted add in shrimp and let it cook for about 5 minutes until pink. Throw in Tasso and andouille sausage. Cook 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add in cooked farfalle pasta.
Step 8
Stir well.
Step 9
Top with the remainder of Parmesan and enjoy!
