Instructions

Step 1
Make marinade. Combine miso, mirin, sesame oil, and sugar. Add sliced steak and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Make Wasabi mayo. Combine mayonnaise and Wasabi.
Step 3
Slice red cabbage, avocado, and lime wedges.
Step 4
Heat pan on medium high and cook steak 2-3 minutes each side. Put to the side and cover to rest.
Step 5
While steak is resting, fry the tortillas on each side.
Step 6
Put tacos together with the steak, cabbage, coriander, mayo, and coriander.
